Why do we build new features – new things?

We build new features to attract new customers and generate more revenue, and keep our churn low.

But also to become more comparable  to other companies that own similar products.

So basically if we want to sell something new/existing, we need to bring some value.

But how can we know what is valuable if we don’t understand our customers-users person?

We tend to assume everything about them, without actually talking with them, tracking their behaviour, looking at shortcuts they need to fix things they want – quickly.

Do you want to bring more value to customers, well try to understand the user behind the screen first.
