Scrum (Agile) is dead
Well, I don’t see it that way.
Companies and organizations still need people who can coordinate teams, manage projects, and help build better products (solve problems).
We still need excellent teams that can deliver exceptional, bug-free software and teams that genuinely support their customers, and we need someone who can build those teams.
There are so many dysfunctions within organizations that I don’t understand how anyone can say we don’t need people who can guide change and improve things. And I don’t believe any AI will do that better than a human.
What I agree. it’s not enough to just care about people and focus on coaching.
Scrum Masters should also understand how to build products, know how to set priorities, speak the language of business, and help product owners or stakeholders make better decisions.
What really matters in the end is whether things are getting done quickly, whether we are learning fast and getting feedback, and whether people enjoy working on building new things.
We need to satisfy customers, support the people invested in a product’s growth, and maintain a healthy business that can thrive over time. So simple, yet so many organizations keep failing to do it right.
